Overall experience was good, but communication could be much better. At times it seemed that anything else was their priority and sometimes it took weeks for them to respond to queries. We understood that communication between the parties had to take place and sometimes it took some time, but it dragged a lot considering no chain on both sides. It took 4 months to complete the process.
Darren is a very polite and friendly solicitor to deal with. Down to earth and understanding. We would work with him again.
