Helpful and efficient service!
The firm dealt with both our sale and purchase. Everything was concluded within the timescales we had required and with very limited fuss. Although we are in no rush to move again, we would happily use Viney's services again.

Good experience
Initial communication was a little concerning as it was all email. I asked for a phone call and received an email response. This might sound like a small thing, but as we all know, buying and selling houses is a stressful process and it’s nice to be able to speak with someone. Later in the process Jack became involved, he made the process smooth. Jack explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions we had.

Transference of ownership
Jack was very professional and helpful throughout the process. Managed to get everything sorted in potentially difficult circumstances.

Three stars because that's what they were, average!
Like I said in the title, this company were just average. Sloppy checking of documents, names appearing when they had nothing to do with the case. Not chasing their opposite number when a problem arose. They didn't go the extra mile, and that's why I would look elsewhere if I were to legal help again. Deal done, money paid, but no cigar!
