When buying all relevant documentation was requested up front and there was no requirement for us to spoon feed them information. Everything was fully explained and we were kept informed of progress throughout. Any issues arising from third parties were relayed to us and an appropriate course of action agreed and acted upon. When selling the parents family home we were treated with compassion and empathy and as with the selling the process was very professionally run. We would definitely recommend them for their conveyancing expertise. Courtney who did the majority of work was excellent and professional, and this continued with Corey.

I had an awful experience with Viney Becks. They completed conveyancing for my property in more than double the time the process would usually take. I had to constantly chase them up for updates as no updates were given during the process. Communication from their side was extremely poor and I was then charged a lot more than I should have been. I would definitely not recommend using Viney Becks. It was nothing but complete confusion and they wasted so much time!
