A PLEASANT FRIENDLY, AND COOPERATIVE APPROACH WHICH WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO QUESTIONS IN A SOMETIMES DIFFICULT SITUATION WITH THE PURCHASERS ADVISORS WHO APPEARED TO HAVE STAFFING PROBLEMS. WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Following excellent reviews, enlisted Bennett Griffin, Worthing for help with a county court litigation matter. Big mistake! Service from a rookie solicitor was lamentable, as was the company’s investigation of my complaints. Unfortunately the dollar sign appears to be the order here over customer satisfaction. My complaints were whitewashed, said solicitor exonerated, with the company refusing to take accountability. We live and learn, but a stressful and costly experience I could have done without.
