I joined Bennett Griffin in 2005 as a Trainee Solicitor, and right from the beginning I knew that this area of law suited me. I enjoy meeting new people, and guiding them through what are often difficult and sensitive issues. My clients benefit from the extensive knowledge and experience that I have accumulated during my career.

Assistance with my stepmother’s affairs
My stepmother is a Canadian citizen, living in England. She suffers from dementia and has no memory of who we are. We have been experiencing difficulty with her pension agency in Canada as they would not recognise our English Power of Attorney and they were warning that they were going to stop her pension payments until we were able to get a solicitor to complete an extrajurisdictional form. Jo was able to communicate with the Canadian pension agency and complete the form to their satisfaction and fulfil all the necessary requirements. We were very grateful for her assistance.
