Conveyancing
Mrs Theresa Trory was our conveyancer for our house sale and buying journey. She made the process running smoothly. She was always available on the phone to answer our questions. Always very pleasant to talk to. Always explaining patiently so everything was clear to us. She gave us paper copies when we needed them. We didn't have to use a complicated computer program to fill up forms.
We liked the fact that the office was in our town, Worthing. We could get there to take or leave documents. Even though almost everything is online it was nice to actually see a person at a front desk talking to us. We would have loved to see Theresa, too. She was always available on the phone and that was good.
We are that sort of people who would like to see and talk face to face with others, in some instances. But that did not affect in any way our cumunications and the conveyancing process which run very smoothly indeed. We were lucky to not have the chain broken by any participant.
We are very happy with Theres's service and would recommend her to anyone who needs a conveyancing lawyer. They will be in good hands.
