Superb service at a difficult time
Although I live in Norfolk I engaged Alan again after he had given very good service when engaged for my cousins estate in Sussex.

Excellent service in difficult circumstances.
The service I received was excellent in every way. The circumstances were difficult and complicated but Alan Gollop dealt with it all in a professional smooth manner which supported me enormously. I called at the office when he was out but staff had been briefed about my visit and were very helpful.
So, when my husband died during the same period I enlisted his help again and would highly recommend him.

Helping me to be the Executor for my late mother's estate.
I was happy to do some of the work that this role entailed but I was in need of assistance from the legal side. Half way through the process the person who was working with me was promoted and so I was passed onto Alan. The changeover was very smooth and Alan was able to pick up the threads immediately. He was very quick to respond to issues. He was efficient and reassuring. Above all else he was approachable and always available if I needed clarification. I can thoroughly recommend Alan to anyone who thinks they might want support with the administration of an estate .

Probate, Will and Estate
We found Alan to be exceptional in every aspect. Everything was thoroughly explained right from the start and continued through to the very end, which was a period of around twelve months. We were always kept informed every step of the way. Alan was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. An absolute first class service all round. Considerate, professional and patient.
A simple last will and testament, protracted by unpredictable familial challenges, handled with patience, thoroughness and understanding, whilst at all times maintaining a level of information and guidance that was of great help in finding the right path through the procedures that were necessary to complete my late mothers estate. At all times I was impressed with the response time, and the precision of information.

If you are an Executor dealing with a deceased's Estate, I would have no hesitation in recommending using Alan Gollop's services.
