I haven't used another solicitor so cannot compare (which is the only reason for not giving 5 stars).
The reviews looked good and I was impressed during my initial consulation with Dean Skinner, who was friendly, upfront about costs and gave me a realistic timescale for completion.
During the process, communication from Dean was good, emailing me rather than writing letters unless necessary, as well as taking my calls. A good outcome and I would use Bennett Griffin again.

Sale and Purchase 2023/2024
All mattets were dealt with quickly and in a very professional manner.
We had a problem with our property land registration that would have caused a long delay and worry, it was dealt with by Deans team efficiently for which we are grateful.

One of the best solicitors I have ever experienced. I have used his services many times over the last 15 years. He gives a consistently great service. He communicates with his clients, is easy to contact by phone or email and doesn't let matters drift. I highly value the service he has given to me and also recently to one of my sons.

Conveyancing
