Professional service
I have dealt with Chrissie for a number of years now, and being a developer, the main criteria for me is trusting the advice on any given project, and being able to communicate personally, not just via email, to make sure the site suits my needs once the site is completed. Chrissie always follows through on my inquiries and sometimes silly questions,and although every bodies workload has changed since covid, she always rings back when I leave a voicemail.

Honest and transparent service
Chrissie has acted on several matters for us, granting commercial leases on a rural development in Steyning, and advising on title issues. She has always given a cost estimate, stuck to it, dealt with sometimes recalcitrant tenants and their solicitors in a polite but firm way, kept us informed as to progress, and completed the transactions in a timely fashion. Can't ask for more than that for your lawyer. I can warmly recommend her!

Excellent attention to detail
Chrissie dealt with the transfer of an industrial unit lease for our business in a relatively short time frame. Everything was carried out timely and without fuss. I would highly recommend Bennett Griffin.
