This is the second time we are using Andre at Sydney Mitchell to assist with our spouse visa extension application. Andre is always true to his word and extremely helpful and clear with advice on timings and knowing what evidence to provide. Any dealings with UKVI are stressful and sometimes unpredictable, so having Andre lead with the applications is a huge comfort and reassurance for us. We highly recommend Andre to anyone needing a lawyer for their visas.

My Wife is from the Philippines and André assisted us with her UK visas. Firstly with her Fiancé visa to enter the country, for our wedding, and secondly with her Spouse visa, for her to be able to remain in the country with me.
