Melissa recently acted on behalf of my wife and I to renew my wife's UK visa. Having returned from Australia to the UK in 2021, my wife was on a 10 year route to UK citizenship.
At the 2 and a 1/2 year mark, Melissa successfully arranged the renewal and got us onto a 5 year route instead. Melissa was professional, courteous and timely throughout the entire process and would thoroughly recommend her services to anyone that might need them.

Excellent service
Melissa was extremely efficient and diligent when handling my application for UK naturalisation.
3 months after I first made contact with her I was granted naturalisation.
On top of being very efficient, Melissa is also very friendly, courteous and professional.

Melissa is our *ANGEL*
My husband and I went to great lengths to get permanent residency within the UK, and we couldn't have done it without the resilience, determination, and professional expertise of Melissa Southall.
Melissa supported us throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. The whole -tale journey from spouse visa to indefinite leave to remain tested our marital relationship and family commitment: an experience which has left us feeling stronger and fearless in the face of challenges that lie ahead, particularly with regards to supporting our autistic children.
