Incredible service, friendly and professional
Me and my partner from mainland Europe needed help with our fiancé visa application, and when I was recommended André by a family member I didn’t realise how lucky I was. Excellent Client Experience

Home Office Accepted My Leave to Remain.
It all started when soneone introduced me to Minnaar . I actually was with a solicitor who advised me wrongly and was asking for so much money from me without doing the right thing, I will call he wont pick my calls and very arrogant. Andre saw my case and asked for my file to be transferred to him. He told me outrightly that ny asylum case does not weight and thay we should apply article 8 which is based on family visa. All Glory to we pushed it in and the process worked satisfactorily in my favour. Andre is a good solicitor who listens to client and ready to help anytime. His response time is 100 per cent. So i recommend him anytime to who ever require his services. I am so happy for he sorted my immigration issues.

Asylum/ leave to remain
My journey to receiving my leave to remain was a long and complicated one, as it included numerous procedures and an asylum appeal. Andre was very attentive to my case, and supported me throughout this extensive chain of claims, appeals and letters. His knowledge and experience ensured that I received the best possible outcome of my case, and he was a delight to work with as a person.

Spouse visa/indefinite leave to remain
Firstly - We can’t thank you enough for everything that you have done! Over the last 5 years Andre has been amazing with helping my husband go through the process of returning to the uk and with indefinite leave to remain. We were always kept in the loop throughout and I couldn’t recommend Andre enough!

Good job
