Neil was really helpful and gave sound advice. It's not easy, or pleasant, when you are in good health to consider eventualities should you become incapacitated or die! It is really important though, and having sorted out the estates for a few family members, one of which was very chaotic and stressful, I do know the difference between well planned and no thought being given whatsoever. My will and LPAs are not for me, they are to make things easier for my children, therefore I waned to make sure it was done properly.

Thanks to Neil, and his many answers to my (sometimes off the wall) questions, I'm now as confident as I can be that I have all bases covered.
