After a drawn out back and forth in sorting out a separation and with a demand that we use the legal profession to resolve the case by the judges, I chose these solicitors, and Jonathan Miller, was my designated solicitor.
His professionalism and diligence helped convince me that I had made the right choice.
Regular updates and one to ones to help understand the legal minefield, helped me to accept that the price I paid was worth it.

Having experienced very poor service with another legal firm, we met Neil R of Alsters Kelley. The contrast was enormous. He was immediately engaged and engaging and undertook a lot of work in advising us. Meetings were documented to excellent detail and advice was very clear. Any queries were dealt with extremely promptly. I was able to register my clear views and an advanced Recitation to refuse treatment was made without difficulty after excellent discussions in person. A financial advisor of ours was very impressed by Neil's knowledge which was, by then,, not be unexpected. Honestly 10/10.

Alsters Kelley - and in particular Sandra Steele - did an exemplary job for me to handle the conveyancing for the sale of a house in Coventry for which I was the Executor. Everything was handled promptly and correctly. I was particularly impressed by Sandra's prompt response to every email I sent her. I would happily use Alsters Kelley again for any future legal work that may arise.
