Efficient and an excellent communicator

I cannot praise Matthew Williets highly enough for the service he provided in the sale of my leasehold property. He was professional, knowledgeable, committed, efficient, and patient throughout the process. He always responded promptly and fully to the buyers' solicitor's enquiries, followed-up on outstanding matters and was proactive in identifying solutions/next steps, and kept me appraised of progress and clearly articulated possible implications to help manage my expectations of timescales for exchange/completion.

Awful

After instructing Andrew Bonnell (supposedly a senior solicitor) to deal with the sale of a property we soon realised what a huge mistake this was. We had to constantly chase to get an update, had no response from emails and call for weeks/months at a time this led to the first sale falling through as the buyers were fed up of waiting. In total it took over 18 months to complete the sale. Take my advice and use a different firm.

they were responsive initially and seemed to start working properly and professionally at my case. however, after some interactions, they stopped responding after a half-finished job and after missing numerous deadlines they had set for themselves. I eventually had to submit a court claim to reclaim my money. After this, they swiftly returned my money (earning them some minimal credit at least).

Both Christine and Andrew have the right approach for a complex and important process like conveyancing. They were both assured and unflappable. They evidently have a good procedural process in place and a lot of experience.

We have just sold and bought a house through this firm. Ms Sarah Carter made us feel like we were her only client, Sarah really goes the extra mile. The process could have been more stressful , Sarah gave us confidence at every point. If we need a conveyancing solicitor we hope it would be Sarah.

I used the Stratford Upon Avon office for my recent house selling and buying and they were excellent. Special mentions to Christine Jeffs and Matthew Williets who were very good at keeping in touch with any developments and solved quickly and efficiently any difficulties that arose. It helped considerably that the office was very close by so I could pop in with paperwork etc when needed but the whole online experience was much easier and better than I had feared. They made what is a stressful enough experience anyway a much calmer and less anxious one. Would highly recommend them.

Sarah Campbell and Christine Jeffs (Stratford upon Avon office) have provided excellent service and support to me in selling my best friend's property and for whom I am the sole executor. Sarah understood and addressed the various challenges with confidence and sensitivity - and I am delighted to recommend her and colleagues to others. Thank you Sarah!
