Perfect honest advice

I believed i was in need of a solicitor to witness the signing of a mortgage deed document. After speaking to Sarah Carter and sending her copies of the document in question she was able to advise that I did not indeed need a solicitor to sign and that an ordinary citizen was enough to sign. Her honesty and prompt service saved me a lot of time and worry as i was on a tightly scheduled Uk visit at time. I had contacted other solicitors none of whom were willing to help.Sarah was the only one who spent the time to listen to my situation and give me clear and accurate advice, despite there being no business in it for her at the end of the day. Her professionalism and honesty was fantastic. Thank you Sarah. Should I need advice in the future i will know who to contact.

I cannot praise Alsters Kelley Stratford office enough they have gone above and beyond with dealing with the sale of my late father’s house .all the staff are so professional and caring but a big thank you to Sarah and Christine who have been amazing .

I was in a tricky situation with getting some house purchase documents signed and witnessed. Sarah booked me an appointment in their Coventry office following an initial call with her which was friendly and helpful. During our appointment, Sarah was welcoming, extremely friendly, personable, and professional. She went above and beyond what I'd expected and I felt I was in very good hands. As a first-time buyer, it's been quite a daunting process, but Sarah made this small but important part simple and pain free. I also had a lovely conversation with the office's front-of-house/receptionist. Overall, a brilliant experience!

We have just sold and bought a house through this firm. Ms Sarah Carter made us feel like we were her only client, Sarah really goes the extra mile. The process could have been more stressful , Sarah gave us confidence at every point. If we need a conveyancing solicitor we hope it would be Sarah.
