Writing my Will

I went with Alsters Kelley for having my Will written, as I dealt with them about 20 years ago when they settled my divorce out, which all went smoothly.

Elleanor Smith dealt with my Will writing, who was approachable, friendly and very polite. After meeting initially and discussing my wishes, she then proceeded to write the Will with professionalism. I was asked in only once more to sign and witness, and all done with total ease.

I was in a tricky situation with getting some house purchase documents signed and witnessed. Sarah booked me an appointment in their Coventry office following an initial call with her which was friendly and helpful. During our appointment, Sarah was welcoming, extremely friendly, personable, and professional. She went above and beyond what I'd expected and I felt I was in very good hands. As a first-time buyer, it's been quite a daunting process, but Sarah made this small but important part simple and pain free. I also had a lovely conversation with the office's front-of-house/receptionist. Overall, a brilliant experience!
