Parveen’s role is to provide clients with clear and concise advice on achieving the most suitable outcome for their dispute, whilst continuing to consider methods of alternative routes of resolution, in an attempt to prevent the need for lengthy protracted litigation. Parveen has gained a wide range of experience managing a broad range of client disputes relating to both commercial and individual disputes. Parveen enjoys helping clients resolve their disputes by reaching a solution. With a particular interest in contentious probate disputes due to the interesting and complicated disagreements between family, Parveen finds that these can be emotionally charged and tense and require subtle methods for a resolution to be reached.
