Complex Wills, estate administration, asset preservation, trusts and elderly client issues. Neil heads up the Private Client team and dealing with advising individuals on Tax and Estate Planning, the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Trust creation and administration, the administration of Estates and applications to the Court of Protection. Neil qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and joined Alsters Kelley in November 2004, becoming a Partner in 2006. Neil has always specialised in Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts but mostly deals with more complex larger estates, including many in excess of £1m. Neil also advises clients on succession and tax planning and the use of trusts. Neil is recognised in the Legal 500 as a recommended lawyer. Neil is a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society. He is also the firm’s appointed Training Partner. Neil has acted for many families and individuals throughout his career providing efficient, accessible, practical, understandable and professional legal assistance.
