Rachael’s role is to represent Claimant’s in Medical Negligence and Personal Injury claims and help her clients achieve the level of compensation they deserve. Rachael is also committed to ensure her client’s receive appropriate rehabilitation. Keeping her client’s fully informed at all stages of their case, Rachael is approachable and builds a good rapport with her clients, handling cases in a sensitive and empathetic manner. Whilst based in Leamington Spa, Rachael acts on behalf of Claimant’s throughout the country. Rachael has 20 years’ experience of representing Claimants in both Medical Negligence and Personal Injury claims. She works to ensure she achieves an excellent result for her clients. She is an APIL (Association Personal Injury Lawyers) member and accredited Senior Litigator. Rachael represents Claimants in a variety of claims including delayed and/or misdiagnosis of cancer; orthopaedic claims; spinal claims; birth injury claims (to mother and child); head and brain injury claims, claims arising from nursing errors; and plastic and/or cosmetic surgery. In her Personal Injury practice, Rachael has represented Claimants involved in road traffic accidents, accidents at work and claims arising from the Animals Act where life changing injury has been suffered (or death). In her early career, Rachael studied part-time whilst gaining experience at a local regional firm of solicitors. She qualified as a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2009. She was then promoted to Associate and latterly Senior Associate at a previous firm, before heading up the team at Alsters Kelley.
