We have used Hay & Kilner a number of times in the past for residential property sales and purchases. We have always been very happy with the professional and proactive approach of the conveyancing team, so when the time came to update our Wills we had no hesitation in asking Hay & Kilner to handle the matter. Outstanding Professionalism and Expertise.

Alice and Tom were patient, tolerant, tenacious, diplomatic and outstandingly professional whilst navigating constant mendacious, vexatious and malicious dispute's raised by the other joint executor of an estate. They both persevered, despite issuing multiple warnings to the other executor, and reinstating retainer. Finally, after 4 years, Alice supported by Tom effectively, efficiently and practically steered the case to a close, with welcome relief from the other beneficiaries.
