Instructed Hay & Kilner to do Wills, LPAs and tenancy severance as we are currently using them for parent's estate - also, the process was very smooth and first class service. All staff were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with but must give a mention to Tom Bridge whose knowledge, help and advice was outstanding, he really is a huge asset to your company and we will continue to use Tom when needed.

Fiona acted for me in the matter of divorce. From my first call with Fiona I felt confident I was in safe hands. Fiona is excellent at what she does and handled matters for me and my family in a highly professional and efficient way. She achieved a fair financial settlement and gave sensible advice regarding child arrangements. I feel confident that Fiona did all she could to minimise the number of hours spent working on my file, and therefore costs. Our divorce was concluded in only eight months which allowed me, my former husband, and our children, to move forward positively with our lives as soon as possible.

Fiona was recommended to me and, after the service she provided, I would certainly recommend her.

Kayleigh has been wonderful throughout proceedings, acting as such a reassuring source of knowledge and support. She has always been child-focused, and has set realistic expectations whilst simultaneously never shying away from advocating for her client. She has sought to proactively liaise with the other parties' solicitor to minimise scope for disagreement and protraction of proceedings. She has excellent attention to detail and uses her excellent legal knowledge to fine tune approaches and documentation. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
