Typo in my original review
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen to anyone who needs to pursue a case for clinical negligence. It wasn't easy and it took a while but in the end we won.

Excellent in every way.
I met Helen at the worst time in my life, she guided me through the process with kindness and support. Her knowledge of her subject is unmatched, she did everything in an efficient and timely manner explaining everything to me in plain English as we went along. She was super responsive to contact and I always felt like an important and valued client. I would hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs to pursue a case for clinical negligence. It wasn't easy and it took a while but in the end we won.

Clinical Negligence
From first meeting Helen in October 2023 she put both myself & husband at ease. She explained the procedures and how long the claim could take to a settlement which we thought could be at least 2 years. She told me not to think too far ahead and take things a day at a time and try not to get stressed about it as that was what she was there for and that I could contact her at anytime. She kept us informed regularly. I couldn’t believe that in February this year the claim settled, she said it was the quickest claim she had dealt with. So I would just like to thank Helen for everything.

Excellent all around team
Medical negligence claim
I was truly, forever grateful to all of the legal team and subsequent Medical experts that supported my claim.
It was proven that the initial treatment and advice was woefully inaccurate and inappropriate that caused immense physical and life long injury with the likely prospect of surgery in the future Hay and Kilner have fought for compensation although I am left with a lifetime of pain but this is some form of retribution against inadequate diagnosis.

Medical Negligence
I was recommended to ask for Helen Morland @ Hay & Kilner who was more than helpful for advice and guidance on an operation on my leg .
From November 2018 until October 2022 Helen communicated with me and kept me up to speed with what was happening and didn't complicate things and explained clearly what was happening.

Clinical Negligence ... Care Home Sunderland
Over a two year period we used the services of Hay Kilner to take a case against a "so called" Care Home owned by HC one in Sunderland. We were very satisfied with the way Hay Kilner managed our claim to a satifactory end. Despite staff changes the claim was kept on track by Helen Morland Patner.
If you have problems with the Care for your loved ones . Dont bother going to the Council of the CQC because we found they dont really care . Just take legal action with this firm and you will be in good hands .
