Superb service and a joy to deal with
Absolutely fabulous service and customer care from Hay and Kilner and specifically Georgia during the sale of our Offices. Despite our concerns about getting this finalised prior to the forthcoming budget and some reluctance by the buyers solicitors to work to the same pace (!) it had all turned out well in the end. Georgia was beyond helpful and a pleasure to deal with, answering queries and correspondence promptly and keeping us informed at all times.
Can't recommend the company and specifically Georgia and more highly.

Excellent Professional Service
Georgia and her team were excellent! They kept my husband and I informed at all times of the progress made, nudged the other side where appropriate, understood completely what service we required and had a genuine interest in our issues. Most of all though, Georgia is a very approachable, knowledgeable and practical solicitor and I thoroughly recommend her for any commercial property issues.

Granting of a new Lease to Blue Chip Tenant
Just want to say a huge thank you to Georgia Whitfield for the first class (five star) service provided to our firm.
So so prompt, punctual and very professional throughout with the legal advice provided.
Basically, adding significant commercial value to our property portfolio with the legal advice given.
I strongly recommend any commercial Landlord to give an opportunity to Georgia to handle your granting of a new commercial lease or renewing a lease.

Excellent professional service
Throughout the legal process we shared with Hay and Kilner we found the staff we dealt with to be friendly, helpful and very professional. They understood our position and what we needed to achieve.
