Excellent Service
Felicity was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, when changing my Will for me. Cost is quite expensive but it's good to know I have peace of mind dealing with a reputable and professional law firm. No issues at all - Thank you.

Making a Will
I found the whole process easy, just a bit more expensive than I expected.
On the whole I suppose it's quality of service that counts.

Resolution of a family trust.
Felicity and her colleagues handled a tricky situation with the resolution of a family trust with sensitivity, efficiency and compassion. The matter was managed from engagement to completion in a commendably short time frame and communication was clear and concise throughout.
Samuel Phillips also handled the sale of a property as a precursor to the above and Helen managed that in a similar manner. I would highly recommend this firm.

Samuel Philips First Class Service
As a supporter of St Oswald's Hospice, I approached them to recommend a solicitor for us, as our circumstances had changed. St Oswald's were more than happy to help and recommended Samuel Phillips Law. We had a wonderful response from them and a home visit was quickly arranged for us, as my husband has mobility issues.
