Purchase of land for domestic house build
I chose Hay & Kilner to help transact mine and my wife's purchase of a plot of land in Northumberland because I had worked with them over many years in my own profession, having always found the Firm, their partners and staff to work to the highest standards, with a very personal approach. Inna worked under the supervision of John Morgan in the Commercial Property department and her approach to this assignment was no different to the service I had enjoyed from the Firm over many years. Her advice was thorough and easy to understand. Throughout the transaction she was approachable, friendly, and always on hand to answer our queries. I found her to be knowledgeable, but not afraid to defer to senior colleagues if a particular problem or query had not previously been experienced by her. She carried out a great deal of research to ensure that potential issues with the site were identified so that we could properly consider the impact on our proposed purchase.
