Smooth sailing with Setfords

I recently purchased my first home and Setfords Law was my chosen Solicitors.
Kristine my appointed Solicitor was very helpful to me, as a first time buyer, helping step by step with the process, right round to completion and even emailing me later in the day to check we were OK with the process from the day, and happy in the property.
I had no issues with responses or calls when needed and everything moved along very efficiently.
I would recommend their service and should I move in the future, I would be very happy to use Setford Law again.

We were recommended Samantha Ireland from a friend and we’re so glad we went with her.
We were anxious about picking a solicitor as we wanted someone “on the ball” and heard stories from friends about bad experiences with solicitors that would cause a hold up in buying a house but not Samantha!
She was INCREDIBLE from start to finish, communication was brilliant and would answer our questions within a day or two. She would explain in layman’s terms things we weren’t sure of and supported our journey of buying our first home fantastically.

She processed our paperwork ridiculously quick and that really impressed us with her professionalism, efficiency & fast paced work ethic.

Jeffrey Gilbert truly sets himself apart with his unwavering commitment to being both contactable and responsive.

Throughout my transaction, which had its fair share of hurdles, emails were typically answered within the hour—often within minutes. Calls were promptly returned if not answered immediately. This consistency was evident from our initial contact through to completion, and it was particularly impressive given that I was a fairly demanding client. There were times I had to remind myself that I wasn't his only client.

No one delivers this level of service alone, and it's clear that Jeffrey has assembled an excellent team that shares his high standards. Philip Moreton and Faith Phikiso also contributed to the outstanding service I received.

This exceptional level of service was well worth the higher fees.
