Evette is a specialist residential Property Lawyer with over 25 years’ experience. Previously a Partner in a well established law firm on the North Yorkshire Coast, Evette joined Setfords as a Consultant in July 2022. The majority of Evette's work comes from recommendations and repeat business but she also welcomes new clients. Moving house is one of the most stressful and sometimes daunting experiences. Evette and her team provide friendly and helpful support to first time buyers, experienced property owners and investors to ensure their matters are dealt with as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
