Nick is a Consultant Employment Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience of providing advice on employment law and practice to businesses, his clients ranging from SMEs to listed PLCs, as well as to individuals. Nick provides advice and assistance on Employment Tribunals, including preparing and filing ET1s and Particulars of Claim, ET3s and Grounds of Resistance, dealing with Case Management Orders including therefore matters such as disclosure and the preparation of witness evidence, and attending as advocate at Employment Tribunal Hearings. He is a highly experienced advocate in the Employment Tribunals, not only at Preliminary Hearings but also Final Hearings. He has been representing clients as advocate in the Tribunals since the 1990s on the entire spectrum of employment law disputes, including therefore claims of unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, equal pay and other discrimination claims, as well as disputes involving TUPE and collective rights.
