I have never come across a Solicitor that always takes your call. If not available calls back within the hour. Spends time completely explaining things in a language you can understand. Also helps you fill in forms. Cannot fault Kristine at Setfords!

Purchase of property
Kristine has gone above and beyond to assist us in the purchase of our new house. The purchase was complicated by the fact that modifications had been made to a listed property. Kristine firstly advised us of this and then went through all the possible options on how to deal with the issues at hand. Throughout the process we were kept up to date with what was going on and advised how to proceed. I would recommend Kristine to anyone buying or selling a property

Selling in London
The experience was excellent overall and Kristine was always available by email or phone to resolve queries, which was quite different to previous experiences. Everything seemed to go very smoothly from my end as a result and we reached completion on schedule.

Exceptional service!

Smooth sailing with Setfords
I recently purchased my first home and Setfords Law was my chosen Solicitors.
Kristine my appointed Solicitor was very helpful to me, as a first time buyer, helping step by step with the process, right round to completion and even emailing me later in the day to check we were OK with the process from the day, and happy in the property.
I had no issues with responses or calls when needed and everything moved along very efficiently.
I would recommend their service and should I move in the future, I would be very happy to use Setford Law again.

Clear, thorough and easy to approach guidance all the way through

The best solicitor
Kristine is fantastic. She worked hard to ensure I completed on the sale of my property on the date I put to her originally. She communicated clearly throughout and was very patient when explaining everything to me. I could always get hold of her which is something I haven’t experienced with solicitors previously. I will certainly go back to Kristine in the future if I am trying to move house!

Excellent attention to detail and reliability
