Miriam Bailey (BA(Hons), DMS, BVC, NLP LLM, is a Commercial law solicitor and an accredited civil corporate & commercial mediator with a strong background in business, dispute resolution, negotiation, civil and commercial mediation. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION Miriam was called to the English Bar in 2011 and in 2017 was admitted to the Role of Solicitors of England and Wales. She is also a CPD accredited mediation skills training provider. EXPERIENCE Miriam is a highly skilled commercial contracts expert. She brings a wealth of skills and experience to her legal practice from her legal and non-legal career including the retail industry, Information Technology Industry as well as her formal educational qualification in Business Management studies and LLM in Commercial Law and Legal Practice.
