Estate Agents Dream!
Having worked with Samantha Ireland on several residential sales and purchases I am pleased to wholeheartedly recommend her services. As an agent a solicitor can really make or break a sale in response times, proactiveness and communication with clients and Samantha Ireland really is second to none on all aspects of her role. I have recommended her to several clients and will continue to do so as she makes the process 10X easier when involved.

Made completion run so smoothly and quick
Samantha has been amazing at making completion so quick and easy. She adapted to my timeframe and I’ll be in the property tomorrow which makes the whole process end to end about 2 months. Can’t thank her enough for all her help and recommend highly for her services.

Samantha Ireland - The Best Solicitor Ever !!!
Being an estate agent we use lots of solicitors over the year , some good and some bad - Samantha Ireland is in a league of her own and ill be using her moving forward ... she is simply brilliant no chasing for updates - she keeps you fully updated and the service is first class and was an absolute pleasure to deal.

A flawless service !
Samantha acted as my solicitor for the purchase of my first home
Throughout the entire process she was extremely responsive and thorough when dealing with all queries. I felt at all times Samantha was always doing as much as possible to complete as quickly as possible

Excellent support from Samantha
We were recommended Samantha Ireland from a friend and we’re so glad we went with her.
We were anxious about picking a solicitor as we wanted someone “on the ball” and heard stories from friends about bad experiences with solicitors that would cause a hold up in buying a house but not Samantha!
She was INCREDIBLE from start to finish, communication was brilliant and would answer our questions within a day or two. She would explain in layman’s terms things we weren’t sure of and supported our journey of buying our first home fantastically.
She processed our paperwork ridiculously quick and that really impressed us with her professionalism, efficiency & fast paced work ethic.
Samantha is friendly, offers support and advice who has been a pleasure to deal with and have already recommended her to friends and colleagues.
100% would use Samantha again.

An honest and highly professional!
I had the pleasure of working with Samantha, and as a first-time buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. The first property I picked had some issues, and Samantha was honest with me from the start—she let me know it wasn’t the right choice, even though it meant I wouldn’t be her client just yet. That honesty meant so much to me, and it was a no-brainer to go back to her when I found the right place.
Samantha walked me through the entire process with so much patience, answering every question (even the naive ones!) and moving things along efficiently. If it weren’t for delays on the seller’s end, we probably would’ve completed in 4-6 weeks. She’s an incredible professional with fair fees, and I’ll definitely be coming back to her if I buy again.

Amazing experience. Every email was Responded within the hour very clear and professional. Samantha always went above and beyond for us being proactive chasing other solicitors saving the stress of us doing it. Always keeping us up to date every step of the way. Clear in answering questions or forms we did not understand.
Value for money how quick everything proceeded because of Samantha.
Would highly recommend using this firm and having Samantha as your Solicitor if you want a smooth and professional service.
