Ticked every box in what was an urgent matter to resolve. I felt fully supported by DPH Legal's team - they were knowledgeable and very responsive even though it was in the evening.

I am very grateful for the help I have received from this company and its solicitors (especially Mr. J. Eden). I was very stressed going trough an unfair treatement at work and redundancy process. Mr. Eden took my case and delt with all the issues I was facing during this hard time. He was very professional, kind and friendly, he helped me to negotiate a good agreement with my employer, and also was able to advice me on many matters, and contact my company on my behalf anytime I needed. I received amazing help and reasurance and I can highly recomend this company to everybody facing such hard circumstances as I was. I would not have managed without this help. I was recommended to DPH by a colleague when going through redundancy in late 2024. My case was handled by John McConkey and the service he provided was excellent. He was able to ascertain several legal issues and problems with the way my redundancy had been handled by the company I worked for. John was able to get me a much-improved offer and terms as part of my leaving package. I would highly recommend John and DPH to anyone going through redundancy or facing any other employment law issues.

We act on contentious matters in the Employment Tribunal and the High/County Court as well as advising employers on non-contentious employment matters. We have acted both for and against football clubs and rugby clubs and Formula 1 racing teams, as well as providing employment advice to the world’s second largest food manufacturer and world-renowned private schools and universities. We frequently advise employers and senior executives on exit packages, in the form of settlement agreements, tribunal litigation and the enforceability of restrictive covenants. DPH Legal was founded by David Harris in January 2011. David was previously a partner in the employment team at Darbys Solicitors LLP in Oxford. Prior to this David practised at Manches LLP, a leading commercial law firm.
