Stevyn worked at a well-known law firm on the Strand. Thereafter he became a Partner at a leading firm of solicitors in Oxford, before moving to Henley on Thames where he practised before joining DPH Legal. He has extensive knowledge of employment law matters and contested litigation arising from employment disputes in other courts. Stevyn has successfully concluded race and disability discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal recovering damages in excess of £100,000 on behalf of several clients. Acting for employers, Stevyn has successfully defended both unfair dismissals, constructive dismissal claims, and claims relating to all forms of discrimination. Stevyn’s expertise ranges across employment law, corporate law and commercial litigation. He has advised on and drafted shareholder agreements for directors and companies and has frequently been involved in litigation in the High Court.
