Very impressive customer service

I received outstanding service from Mark at DPH Legal when dealing with my employer: the clear explanation given about the process and the guidance about what could be expected was invaluable in negotiating a more satisfactory settlement. Disputes are, by definition, stressful but a swift response underpinned with extensive professional expertise go a long way to alleviating the pressure and providing reassurance. Although my case was relatively straightforward, I always felt my interests were a priority. Very impressive customer service: Many thanks.

I instructed Mark Lafferty at a time which was particularly difficult for me professionally and personally.

I needed to find a lawyer that spoke in plain English but was able to deal with complex matters in an empathetic manner. Mark was that person. I cannot recommend Mark or the firm DPH Legal highly enough. My employer acted in an extremely aggressive manner towards me and they were not particularly easy to negotiate with. They initially refused to change their position but eventually they relented.

Mark dealt with the case from beginning to end in a calm and efficient way and put me at ease even when at one stage it seemed as if there would not be an amicable resolution to the dispute. DPH responded to my calls and emails quickly and efficiently and at no stage did I feel that I was alone. They were always there to support me.

Thank you DPH Legal and in particular to Mark, Denise and the team for helping me though this difficult time. Please rest assured that I wont hesitate to pass on your contact details to others who find themselves in a similar predicament to me.

I would highly recommend dph legal Solicitors for the employment matters. I was particularly impressed with my legal representative, Mark Lafferty. I found him to be highly knowledgeable in his area, and thought he was extremely articulate both through written and verbal communication, conducting all in a friendly and compassionate manner.
