My Experiences
In what was a difficult unsure period David Harris provided clear, concise and calmness that helped me to assess my situation and ultimately make the right decision. David was able to provide a broad and detailed spectrum of employment law advice on numerous UK and European issues. In addition to providing sound advice, David took the time to explain the rationale supporting his recommendations and on occasions produced tailored documents to further assist our busy HR office

No hesitation recommending him
David provided advice to a leading Formula 1 Racing team on the enforceability of restrictive covenants in the Service Agreement of a senior employee working for a competing team. David�s advice resulted in a very positive outcome to a situation which appeared at one stage at an impasse. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others

Exceptional level of support
David has provided the businesses that I own and manage with employment law advice over a period of 4 or 5 years. As current Chairman of a professional rugby club and Managing Director of a chemical manufacturing company, I have sought David�s counsel on a wide variety of employment issues. He has always provided extremely sound and pragmatic legal advice and on every occasion with a positive outcome from our perspective. He has a tendency to gain an immediate grasp of the issues and shows an exceptional level of support in relation to any employment dispute. I wholeheartedly recommend him to other employers regardless of the nature of the business.

Calm and professional from the beginning
We engaged DPH Legal when we were taken to an employment tribunal by a disgruntled ex-employee. We were going through a period of restructuring and made over 15 redundancies without any problem but this one got personal. The claim was a particularly nasty attack on the business and at times they tried to involve our customers. dph legal�s approach was calm and professional from the beginning. The case eventually went to court where, again, David Harris of dph legal demonstrated his experience and knowledge in cross examination of the complainant and, eventually, the case against us was dismissed. I would have no hesitation in recommending dph legal to employers or employees requiring employment law advice

David Harris, has been excellent

Quick to respond and always proactive
I had to employ the professional services of DPH Legal at a time of tough decision making. David was quick to respond and always proactive with regards to managing information related to the case. The result was good and the process stress free in as far as David took ownership of the process and calmly resolved issues with some �difficult� personalities. I have recommended his services to others and received very positive feedback.
