Nicholas qualified as a solicitor in a regional law firm based in East Sussex in 2017 and has worked in the Employment Departments of two leading insurance companies. Nicholas has over nine years of experience in providing advice to clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters. In particular, he frequently advises on employment-related issues such as redundancy, unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing. Nicholas has experience with a range of contentious and non-contentious employment disputes.
