Employment mutual separation agreement
Ticked every box in what was an urgent matter to resolve. I felt fully supported by DPH Legal's team - they were knowledgeable and very responsive even though it was in the evening.
I would recommend - especially as DPH Legal gave me advice that made me question simply signing the MSA. They were always fair and supported my wishes.

Professional, super fast and friendly!
I needed a solicitor to take me through a redundancy document.
I spoke to Rachel Evans, she was extremely quick to respond, explained everything in my language (non-legal) and completed the matter within a day.
I hadn’t quite appreciated how super easy this would be and how professional and understanding Rachel was.
I really cannot fault the service whatsoever. Fantastic. Thank you.

Constructive dismissal case
Rachel was very supportive and helpful at a time when I was feeling quite distressed about what had happened to me. She listened to me and sought my advice about the employer to help present the best possible case. Her advice was clear and I was confident in her approach. We got the outcome we sought although the employer was mean with regard to paying my legal fees. I ended up paying DPH more than I expected due to the employer making changes and causing delays. However Rachel was open and honest with me from the start and did an excellent job so I was happy with the overall outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DPH, Rachel Evans in particular.
