Very helpful, explained what lasting power of attorney covered. Explained what we had to do and what responsibilities of the attornies were required. One simple visit and everything was set in motion. We were kept in touch with the progress. Everything was sorted.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this firm, all staff were extremely helpful and my solicitor, Mr Andrew Smith went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. There were inconsistencies in the paperwork submitted by the seller which caused numerous problems, Mr Smith assisted me with each single one. He was meticulous, accurate and potentially saved me thousands of pounds in the future. I am immensely grateful for the hard work and care I have received from Taylor and Bracewell.
