Absolutely brilliant service by James C and all the reception staff from start to finish. James wasn’t like your typical solicitor “hard to get hold of” always stayed in touch throughout the exchange answering all my questions and enquiries clearly and fast. I will definitely be using this firm again and most definitely will be asking for James.

Invaluable help and advice

Really positive experience
I used Taylor Bracewell after doing quite a bit of research into getting a good conveyancing solicitor. James helped with a sale and purchase and I couldn’t fault him in any way. He was incredibly responsive which I think is one of the main issues with other solicitors. He rang me regularly to update me on progress and responded to all emails promptly whilst being friendly and professional throughout. A great experience and I will definitely use James in the future.

The solicitor, James Colquhoun, as well as being proficient, was extremely nice. He was able to answer any questions I had and came down to reception personally even when I didn't have an appointment. I would recommend Taylor Bracewell to anyone.

Smooth transaction
