Excellent service at Taylor Bracewell
It was a pleasure using Taylor Bracewell for our commercial lease contract exchange. They were so professional, helpful and assisted with a quick turnaroud on a pressing deadline for our tenant. We will be using Taylor Bracewell Solicitors again for all future works.

Excellent property sales conveyancing
We had two properties to sell at the same time and the process for both properties was carried out in an effective, efficient and friendly manner. Both properties completed on the earliest dates that we had hoped for and the communication throughout the process was excellent. Thank you Grace!

Thanks Grace!
Our previous solicitors pulled out after dealing with our sale for 7 months, this was NOT our fault! I had phoned several solicitors who were too busy to take on our sale. Grace at Taylor Bracewell was our hero! She agreed to take on the sale and promptly sent us all the paperwork. We had to alter boundaries and Grace knew exactly what we needed to do. After our first conversation I knew she understood our situation. Grace was prompt sending out paperwork and helping us understand the process and some of the terminology. I was able to email her direct and she responded quickly. She was helpful, efficient, patient, professional and super efficient. We will definitely use her again in the future, she helped to keep stress to a minimum. She turned the whole process around super quick too. Thank you Grace!
