Property purchase
As I have not gone through this experience alone before I have been a little anxious. Sophie has taken time to guide me through the process. Nothing has been too much trouble for her for which I’m grateful. I will be selling my current property in the near future and will be asking her to act for me.

Fantastic!!
My experience with Taylor Bracewell has been fantastic. throughout the process of selling our property & buying a second we were well advised, kept informed and responded too super quick. Sophie and the team were relentless in their pursuit of information and 3rd parties to ensure the process remained on track and on time. Communication was great, knowledge and advice invaluable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

House purchase
We used Taylor Bracewell and Sophie to purchase a property as a Ltd company. This purchase was a key part of a process to purchase another property which we needed to complete on before the start of May. Although there were delays at our end, Sophie worked tirelessly to make sure we could complete in order for everything to go through. Having asked the question Sophie was able to move even quicker for us and get things over the line 2 weeks prior to our deadline. This made everything possible. Thank you Sophie.
