Conveyancing
I would highly recommend Peter and Lynsay in the conveyancing department, they kept me updated the whole way through and nothing was too much trouble.

Friendly, professional and customer focused
Lynsay kept us informed on progress of sale and purchase. Excellent level of communication, explained everything in a clear way. We were confident that we were in good hands. Lynsay reassured us when the chain was stalled and on transfer day held our hands and stopped us going crazy. Great service, super happy.

Professional manner
Taylor Bracewell conducted my sale/purchase in a very professional manner. Although it took a long time to complete, I was sure they were working in my best interests. Lynsay was very friendly and helpful, making sure I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale. I would happily recommend their services.

Buying of land
Succesfully got the purchase of our freehold sorted out for us. The process was complicated but they got it done for us. Would definitely recommend Peter and his team.

Equity Release

Nothing was too much trouble.
I can not say enough about how Taylor Bracewell helped me so much, nothing was too much trouble. Very good at communication

Overall excellent service
All contact with Peter and his team was via internet as we were not in the UK. From the outset all communication with his office was regular and constructive. Information was precise and clearly explained. Conversations were professional. Overall excellent service and highly recommended by us.
