Friendly, professional and customer focused
Lynsay kept us informed on progress of sale and purchase. Excellent level of communication, explained everything in a clear way. We were confident that we were in good hands. Lynsay reassured us when the chain was stalled and on transfer day held our hands and stopped us going crazy. Great service, super happy.

Professional manner
Taylor Bracewell conducted my sale/purchase in a very professional manner. Although it took a long time to complete, I was sure they were working in my best interests. Lynsay was very friendly and helpful, making sure I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale. I would happily recommend their services.

Nothing was too much trouble.
I can not say enough about how Taylor Bracewell helped me so much, nothing was too much trouble. They went the mile and more I would tell all my friends and others if they want any ring, Taylor Bracewell. I can't say enough about Lynsay she went out of her way to help. I ask she did. Pleasant to deal
Lynsay was pleasant to deal with and in explaining procedures and making documents that needed my signature. As this was a probate sale, and me never experienced this type of thing before, Lynsay was very, very helpful on all queries. At my age, I find it hard to understand the legal side of life, but Lynsay advised me on what I needed to do.,
