We have just experienced the most stressful and emotional draining two years , after the sale of our home fell through on four occasions. Throughout those two years we received the most valued support from Alison and Louise, who kept us informed and updated throughout the process, not only once but four times in total. Their understanding and support was up and above what we expected, and without them both we would not have achieved our goal of moving in November. I was originally recommended HSR Law by a family friend and it was one of the best decisions to use them. I will be recommending To everyone as the experience I had as a first time buyer was exceptional from the start to the end they been very helpful, friendly Knowledgeable and approachable. Any questions I had they would always contact me back immediately with an answer and make Me and my partner feel looked after through the process. I was rather shocked and surprised to find that the Sale price of the house that I was selling had been recorded as £50,000 less than the agreed price on the contract when we were about to complete. When I pointed this out , I was told that it was a "typo" - not very professional, I thought.

Very poor, I dealt with Katie Pendlebury to draft a lease for a commercial property. I found her rude and inexperienced, the job took far too long to resolve, cost a fortune and generally left a sour taste in my mouth with the company.
