House sale
It is quite a number of years since I have been involved with property sale and thought it was going to be daunting experience. However, everything ran smoothly and speedily and I was kept up to date at all times with progress. I would use this firm again

Fantastic
We cannot praise HSR Law enough, particularly Lucy and Michelle. As first time buyers, me and my partner did not know where to start with buying our first house.
Lucy made sure she explained each step and the importance of each document that was sent for our attention. Both Michelle and Lucy provided us with regular updates throughout the process, and if they were any uncertainties from our end they took their time to explain to us.
We instructed HSR Law at the beginning of April and our completion date was the 10th June. Whilst we was very fortunate that there was no chain, the speedy process meant we could make a start as quickly as possible.
Thank you ever so much to Lucy and Michelle.

Lucy Sheedy
This is the 2nd time we have used HSR Law Ltd. The other occasion we used the company was when my wife sold her business. We were very impressed then so had no hesitation in using them again to move house even though they are not a local solicitor don't let distance put you off. Lucy Sheedy was our appointed solicitor and all I can say is WOW! Lucy was 1st class in everything she did and always seemed to be one step in front not only me but all the other solicitors in the whole chain. Lucy also explained things in very simple understandable terms and always made herself available for any questions.
I would 100% recommend Lucy should you require a conveyancing solicitor to work on your behalf. 5 Star!
