We used HSR Law to purchase and sell a property which all went through in April. I won't be rushing to move house again soon but if/when we do we will definitely be using HSR law and Rachel. She was brilliant as was her secretary Jasmine.
They made the experience so much easier with fantastic communication, keeping us up to date right along the way and helping us understand the issues at hand so we could liaise with them and the vendor to come to successful resolutions. 10/10 service, thank you!

I have used HSR, namely Rachel Hailstone, a few times now and find that out of all the process they are the leaders of the chain. We were mid chain but with HSR Laws help we managed to push the chain to a 11/12 week completion period. (delays were by other solicitors) but without HSR pushing I am not sure how long it would have been.
Keep you well informed and cover all the bases you need without holding up the process.
Will use again (Although after the stress of moving day won't be in a rush to move again) but as a property investor we are happy to use again and again.

They are always available
They keep in touch via email and phone
They return phone calls promptly and make themselves available for meetings even at short notice
We had to overcome lots of problems with the sale of our house and the purchase of a new house and we would never have got to exchange of contracts as quickly as we did for both of them with any other Solicitor that I have used in the past for conveyancing
They are excellent !!
