Rachel joined HSR Law in the summer of 2012, after having achieved a First Class Honours Law degree at the University of Sheffield. She worked as a Paralegal at the firm before completing her Training Contract and ultimately qualifying into the Residential Conveyancing department on 1 December 2014. She became a Partner of the firm in 2019 and is now based in our Epworth office after a recent relocation from the Doncaster office.

Moving house is stressful and choosing a solicitor is one of the most risky parts with most solicitors being known for not coming back to you promptly or dragging things out. From the start Rachel, Kelly and her team have been incredible and the prices are so reasonable! They are clear with process steps always happy to answer anything for me without hostility and a super friendly nature from all. They are seriously on the ball. Incredible service and I hands down will not use another solicitor again it’s hands down the best service I’ve ever had from a solicitor. Just wow. Recently exchanged on a purchase/sale of properties with HSR Law. This was the second time using Rachel Hailstone and the first with Jasmine White. In both cases Rachel has been efficient and forthright, and I've always had the confidence that I'd get a quick answer for any query, sometimes at any time of the day. I've heard of some firms taking days and weeks to respond to clients, which has never been the case for us. Furthermore, for our recent case we had a convoluting chain with some parties extremely difficult to deal with. Jasmine managed all of this with professionalism and dignity, always fighting for our best interests, keeping us up to date and answering our questions rapidly. The team are exceptional and I will definitely use again in the future. At all times, they always had our trust and we knew they had our backs. Thank you!

Seamless & Superb Solicitors - Highly Recommend
We had a cross country move with a complicated chain and both Rachel and Kelly were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. They were always ahead of the game and gave us some brilliant advice and even managed to negotiate some costs on our behalf to 50%. House purchase excellence
We used HSR Law Ltd in Epworth for the purchase of a property within our village.
Their price was competitive.
We were very impressed with their professionalism & attitude to our task.
They were always available to talk through issues & answered emails very promptly.
We even received two replies to emails on a Sunday.

Above and beyond!
As first-time buyers we had no idea what to expect with this whole experience. HSR Law was recommended to us through my father-in-law who has used them before. Rachel and her team are AMAZING! They were absolutely rapid with keeping us up to date with everything that was going on, they gave us the best advice on how to navigate a certain situation. They are professional, knowledgeable, and had SO much patience with the seller's solicitors, I actually don't know how they did it. This team of superheroes are an absolute credit to your company, and we would 100% use them again and recommend them to everybody!

6 Stars - Brilliant Solicitors for First Home purchase
I had Rachel Hailstone and HRS Law recommended to me by my dad, who has used them to purchase his own home and could not be more grateful for the recommendation.
We had a extremely difficult purchase of a property whose sellers had not done due diligence on hiring their own solicitors and to put it lightly they were a nightmare to deal with, extremely unprofessional and nearly caused the sale to fall through multiple times.
Rachel, Jasmine and Kelly could not have been more supportive, empathetic or professional in helping us through the entire process and everyone was brilliant. With seeing how the other side has performed, my partner and I have seen first hand how bad it can be and how great Rachel and her team are at what you do, and now we have our wonderful first home to show for it!
I couldn't recommend them enough!
