A massive thank you to Jasmine White who was professional throughout the process of buying and selling a property .
It definitely wasn’t straight forward and we had some hurdles along the way but we got there in the end , Jasmine was very responsive to all or questions and dealt with everything in a professional manor .

Conveyancing
Rachel and the team have now handled a purchase and also a sale of our home. Exceptionally efficient, really nice people to deal with, and great at what they do. A measure of my confidence in them is that on my recommendation, my sister and my daughter have both instructed HSR to handle the sale of their properties.

Highly efficient, co-operative team with excellent client service
Spent the last 10 months working through a complex exchange which involved multiple layers, including a dreaded DOV in relation to estate rent charges. Rachel and Jasmine, first and foremost responded to all my questions and requests for updates in a timely manner. You cannot underestimate the importance of this when going through a housing transaction. They guided me through every stage and Jasmine was always ahead of the game in relation to the other solicitors we were dealing with. I was consistently kept in the loop with all the communications they were having with other parties. They managed expectations and acted with integrity throughout. I would highly recommend.
