Sale and purchase
We have just experienced the most stressful and emotional draining two years , after the sale of our home fell through on four occasions. Throughout those two years we received the most valued support from Alison and Louise, who kept us informed and updated throughout the process, not only once but four times in total. Their understanding and support was up and above what we expected, and without them both we would not have achieved our goal of moving in November. Their professionalism is outstanding and we cannot thank them enough.

Exceptional Service
I was originally recommended HSR Law by a family friend and it was one of the best decisions to use them. I will be recommending To everyone as the experience I had as a first time buyer was exceptional from the start to the end they been very helpful, friendly Knowledgeable and approachable. Any questions I had they would always contact me back immediately with an answer and make Me and my partner feel looked after through the process. I would like to say a massive thank you to Ksenia I dont think we would be homeowners if it wasnt for her enthusiastic and professional approach. We would also like to thank Alison for all the work she has Done from the legal side. We wouldn't be where we are right now without HSR law solicitors and would like to say thank you again For helping us in becoming homeowners!

Professional and Efficient
Alison and Ksenia were very helpful and friendly, I felt comfortable approaching them both, and I felt like they dealt with my property purchase professionally and efficiently. They have been a pleasure to deal with and i would use them again for any future purchases. With my own lack of experience, I felt confident in them knowing they were doing their job professionally and trusted them to help us buy our first home.

Fast, Efficient and Friendly Team
Recently used HSR Law and worked with Louise Perry to re-mortgage and settle out Help To Buy Loan and the process was incredibly fast and efficient, Louise was friendly and professional throughout and kept us up to date at every stage. Would highly recommend.

Phew at last
After what proved a difficult transaction through no fault of HSR Law we have finally managed to exchange. Alison Teasdale has gone over and above to keep me informed of progress she has been professional in her approach and has been prepared to deal with difficult questions at short notice. Compliments should also be paid to Louise Perry and Louise Allardyce who were also professional all the way through.
