I decided to use HSR Law after reading the fantastic reviews and I'm so glad I did. It's been a rollercoaster of a ride, not due to Alison who has provided an excellent service throughout, but external factors of which there was no control. Alison did her utmost to resolve the issues and kept us informed throughout. HSR Law are really easy to get in touch with. The phone is answered straight away and put through to the team. Emails are answered promptly too. Moving house is always a stressful and daunting process but Alison made sure whatever stress we were under was never down to HSR Law. Very positive experience
HSR Law handled the purchase of my house recently. My experience of dealing with this firm was very positive throughout the process. I was kept informed at each stage by email; costs were very reasonable; and I would recommend them to anyone needing conveyance services.

Smooth operator.
The rear garden of the property that we had purchased had been extended, and the fact that this had been done required that we should formally register it. The process was lengthy but that was not the fault of H.S.R. Law; merely bureaucratic processes.

Positive Experience

Sale and purchase
We have just experienced the most stressful and emotional draining two years , after the sale of our home fell through on four occasions. Throughout those two years we received the most valued support from Alison and Louise, who kept us informed and updated throughout the process, not only once but four times in total. Their understanding and support was up and above what we expected, and without them both we would not have achieved our goal of moving in November. Their professionalism is outstanding and we cannot thank them enough.

Exceptional Service
I was originally recommended HSR Law by a family friend and it was one of the best decisions to use them. I will be recommending To everyone as the experience I had as a first time buyer was exceptional from the start to the end they been very helpful, friendly Knowledgeable and approachable. Any questions I had they would always contact me back immediately with an answer and make Me and my partner feel looked after through the process. Professional and Efficient
