We bought our first home last year and our estate agents (I believe) work with this firm so they recommended them for us, everything was done in good time, being a first time buyer is quite daunting when you don’t know what you’re doing, but they made the whole process less stressful for us. Excellent!
I went with HSR Law for both the sale and purchase of properties after glowing reviews on Trustpilot. Alison Teasdale and her team looked after both, and I can't praise them all enough for their utter professionalism in what turned out to be a tough journey. I was kept informed throughout the process and advised on my options. Alison was quick to reply to emails and answer calls. Along with her team, she managed to push the completion through before the 1st of April saving us £2500 of stamp duty.

Very positive experience
HSR Law handled the purchase of my house recently. My experience of dealing with this firm was very positive throughout the process. I was kept informed at each stage by email; costs were very reasonable; and I would recommend them to anyone needing conveyance services.

Smooth operator.
The rear garden of the property that we had purchased had been extended, and the fact that this had been done required that we should formally register it. The process was lengthy but that was not the fault of H.S.R. Law; merely bureaucratic processes.

Positive Experience
Alison assisted us with the purchase of our first home and her advice and support throughout the process was fantastic. Sale and purchase
We have just experienced the most stressful and emotional draining two years , after the sale of our home fell through on four occasions. Throughout those two years we received the most valued support from Alison and Louise, who kept us informed and updated throughout the process, not only once but four times in total. Their understanding and support was up and above what we expected, and without them both we would not have achieved our goal of moving in November. Exceptional Service
I was originally recommended HSR Law by a family friend and it was one of the best decisions to use them. I will be recommending To everyone as the experience I had as a first time buyer was exceptional from the start to the end they been very helpful, friendly Knowledgeable and approachable.
