Jonathan was amazingly helpful in dealing with the sale of my business. He was very knowledgeable and understood and explained thoroughly what we needed to focus on and advised us admirably in the preparation of the agreement. He was always available when I needed help or guidance to ensure I got the best value out of the deal. This was my first dealings with HSR law and would thoroughly recommend them. I was made to feel important and valued and my concerns throughout the sale process were listened to and advised upon giving me confidence. So often these days you have no one point of contact but here was different and it is good to see that more focused and traditional ways of working still exist.
