If your insurance company refers you to this shambles of a solicitors, 1st thing you do is reject these Solicitors (this is a serious warning). Whether you’re 6 months down the line or 1 year or maybe 2, change Solicitors. Your new solicitors will get you up to speed within a few weeks or months compared to what they say they’ve done in 2 years. If you’re reading this & don’t listen you will read this again in 6 months or whenever and wish you did. SERIOUS WARNING

They have been looking after a no fault claim for Axa since 2022, numerous staff changes through the process, they don't seem to know where to send the claim to without checking the file over and over again with different handlers. One of the handlers left and it took 3 months to assign to someone else and this was only done when I called for updates. They do not let you know of progress (and im not exactly confident the handlers have a clue on what to do). Calling to discuss things is frustrating and they never return calls.

From start to finish, Zac Clough dealt with our issue with consummate professionalism, as well as his usual easy manner and good humour. Fantastic outcome. Zac went so far above and beyond the call of duty, including personally going to personally serve at 9 pm on a Friday evening, after receiving instructions at 5.30 pm on the same day. After 30 plus years of being a solicitor, you have an idea of what outstanding service is, and this is what I always get from Zac, John Lord, and his team.

Almost 2 yrs after a RTA when my property was damage . Have lied continuousl and appear to have some connections with unqualified contractors they try and force on you . As the perpetrators insurance will have to foot the final bill seems odd that this company refuse to cooperate with building control and won’t except qualified surveyors and structural engineers report and only want to use unproven and under qualified contractors to for quotes. Have over 1500 pages of evidence against them but still refusing to work with us or our solicitors . Totally understand that quotes have to be competitive but manipulated information will not provide that unless of course they benefit financially by using unqalifed builders etc, could not even get the risk address right in fact not even the right county. Something not right with this company and really need a deep dive into their practises etc.
