Waiting to take my crash to court but now Sana Nazir can't be bothered. She tells me they have sent letters to my address, if you have why have I not received them? Avoid this scam company and actually get a proper solicitor

I have recently won a case with this firm working with me and before working with these I was unsure what the result would be.
I have been in contact with Jennifer Roberts who was dealing with my case. She was so professional throughout the whole process from start to finish, whilst also being very compassionate about how I was feeling and my nerves around the court date. From the beginning Jennifer made me aware of the how the process would work and what to expect on the day of my court date. She listened to my concerns throughout and ensured all my worries were passed onto my barrister. In terms of legal knowledge Jennifer is very knowledgeable in her field.

I have recently just won a case in which I have been working/communicating with Jennifer who has been super knowledgeable and compassionate from start to finish of this whole process. This time in my life was not something I had ever experienced before and Jennifer ensured I was prepared for my court date, she had everything ready for my barrister, I knew what to expect and she truly calmed my nerves which I can assure was not easy!
