Living abroad for most of my life I am not au fait with the British labour law. I found myself in a situation at work after 6 years of success in my position requiring legal advise and representation. Zac from HF were recommend to me.
From not having a clue what to do I explained the situation to ZAC, from the first conversation I was no longer in anxiety mode, and felt confident, and completely relaxed from the advise, guidance and support offered.
We moved forward with my case and closed with a good outcome in my favour.

I was contacted by my insurance company regarding an incident 6-8 years after the incident. I was advised my solicitors will be from Horwich Farrelly limited. Amanda Monnery got in touch giving me all the details and the process. Amanda was very good communicator from the start. She had a good look at the case and firmly believed that this case could be defended. Even when i had moments of doubt she reassured me and stood her ground.
Amanda instilled confidence in me and feel grateful she did as the outcome of the case was as it should have been with the claimants case fully dismissed.

I can't speak high enough about Horwich Farrelly (HF). They were recommended to me by a lawyer friend to assist with issues i was having with a brand new motor-home with little to no action from the suppliers to correct the faults with the motorhome.

HF guided me through the whole process, were very professional and took the time to explain every step of the way right up to issuing court proceedings.

They were robust when they needed to be (with the other side) but also very fair and balanced.

Suffice to say, the "other side" conceded with HF succeeding in settling the claim with the suppliers with me only accepting a £1k reduction in what i wanted (noting my claim was for over £200k).

The person that dealt with my case was Charlie Gray. He was excellent but so too John Ward and Jack Waywell.

I was provided with this firm from my insurers to pursue a claim for my excess. There has been no end of problems with this firm making quite a few mistakes in serving papers and notifying the court accordingly for my claim. Also, the customer service has been appalling and the information they provide has been non-existent. Every time I contact them, I am faced with an abrupt response and very little detail. You live and learn.
