I was contacted by my insurance company regarding an incident 6-8 years after the incident. I was advised my solicitors will be from Horwich Farrelly limited. Amanda Monnery got in touch giving me all the details and the process. Amanda was very good communicator from the start. She had a good look at the case and firmly believed that this case could be defended. Even when i had moments of doubt she reassured me and stood her ground.
Amanda instilled confidence in me and feel grateful she did as the outcome of the case was as it should have been with the claimants case fully dismissed.

I was provided with this firm from my insurers to pursue a claim for my excess. There has been no end of problems with this firm making quite a few mistakes in serving papers and notifying the court accordingly for my claim. Also, the customer service has been appalling and the information they provide has been non-existent. Every time I contact them, I am faced with an abrupt response and very little detail. You live and learn.

Through Ben Elliot and his client insurers demonstrated a willingness to oppose and defend an insurance vehicle claim and, ultimately, succeed where other would have compromised. Forever grateful for the refreshing approach, would highly recommend.

H.F were appointed by my insurers, L.V. after a failed attempt to claim back for the damage to my car. The third party admitted full liability and gave full details of their insurers. H.F claim they issued proceedings in June and yet have not replied to my emails or to phone calls. So, we are now 4months after the proceedings were issued, and over 9months since the accident; still with no settlement. H.F were not my choice, they were L.V's. I would not recommend using them at all.

Currently have a claim logged with this firm. Never get an update. I email for an update it get ignored. Logged a complaint in February not heard anything since. Awful service!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND
